Harish Kumar Jain
Founding Partner
Harish Kumar Jain is an IIT Roorkee graduate with 17+ years of experience in building design and project management. He has worked across residential, commercial, and institutional projects, with professional exposure in Germany, Bengaluru, and New Delhi.
Having led projects ranging from private developments to central and state government works, he brings strong expertise in process-driven execution and project management systems. Passionate about innovation, he actively works with advanced technologies and AI-based design and execution tools, and has mentored IIT students and practicing architects. Through TotalWorks, he applies large-project discipline and quality standards to small and mid-scale projects.
Jitendra Aeran
Founding Partner
Jitendra Aeran is an IIT Roorkee graduate with 16+ years of experience in the design and construction of residential, hospitality, commercial, and industrial projects. With international exposure in Roberto, Italy, he brings a strong global perspective to design excellence and construction technology.
Known for his hands-on approach and deep involvement in every project, Jitendra has led execution across Rajasthan, delivering 200+ thoughtfully designed projects. His strong command over construction materials, sourcing, contractor coordination, and on-site execution plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality delivery at TotalWorks.
